VALLEY FORGE, Pa. – October 29, 2009 – PSC Info Group, a leader in data management, document and mailing technology and online solutions, has acquired the data processing, printing and mailing unit of North Shore Agency, Inc. (NSA) of Long Island , N.Y.  

North Shore Agency’s ultimate parent company, NCO Group, Inc. (NCO), will retain NSA’s debt collection unit.  

As part of the transaction, PSC has executed an exclusive, long-term document outsourcing and letter processing agreement with NCO.    

According to Joseph J. Greco, PSC Info Group’s CEO, “The addition of the North Shore Agency business will enhance PSC Info Group’s service offering to our valued customers, and will increase our market share in cable, telecommunications, media, publishing, healthcare and financial services markets.
