He has also consulted healthcare institutions, insurance
companies, aerospace manufacturers and entertainment clients to deliver technology solutions that were delivered on-time and on-budget.
Howard was and remains a pioneer in cyberspace. His accomplishments include producing webcasts of live events, creating the first online affiliate network to feature radio airplay music charts and consulting numerous clients on creating compelling content for their websites and monetizing that content.
In addition to being published in numerous print magazines and on a variety of websites, he wrote the groundbreaking column “Net $en$e” for the leading music industry website.
