He has specifically worked with a number of the nation’s top credit card issuers, distressed debt purchasers, and organizations serving the financial services market. In addition, Mr. Rose led National Arbitration Forum in the growth of additional markets for the application of legal dispute resolution services within the ARM industry. These specifically included healthcare, auto, wireless, student and other installment loan markets.
