Inside Sales Team. Katherine Craig, Joe Hutton and Robert Cook began with
APR this past June and will focus their efforts on incoming web and phone
leads. They will also set appointments from Sales Team all in an effort to
grow business and provide first-rate customer service. Each new employee
brings strong communication, organization and management skills to their new
post and looks to further APR's goal of helping clients get paid through
diplomacy.
Craig is a veteran in account management from Advantage Marketing Solutions
LLC, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who has been
recognized for consistent customer satisfaction. As a former marketing
consultant, she assisted in efforts that led to 600 new customer contracts
and analyzed accounts to identify and resolve delinquency in a portfolio
totaling $30.4 million. Hutton has experience in customer service and
management from Save a Life USA and Quicken Loans. In his former positions,
he managed office, sales and dispatch teams and helped grow the company's
business through his skills in customer relations. Cook also has solid
account management skills from working at Insphere Insurance Solutions. He
has proven success in communication, leadership, organization and sales
skills and is strong at multi-tasking.
